 Building Quality into the Manufacturing ProcessEloma manufactures boilerless combi ovens that are built to be trouble-free from start-up through years of continued operation. To ensure reliability, each combi oven we build must pass a rigorous quality check before it is shipped to an end-user. At different intervals on Elomas' production line, our associates are responsible for reviewing a detailed checklist and testing each unit for performance. We also use chart recorders to detail how a unit performs to achieve desired temperatures. As part of the quality process, Eloma's Technical Service Support Specialists archive these records for future reference. A team of supervisors and quality specialists conduct daily production audits to reinforce Elomas's ability to meet or exceed consistently our customers' expectations. |
