HOFEX 2007 - Eloma Speaks Chinese
A total success at the HOFEX Show in Hong Kong, April, 2007, was the
presentation of the Chinese-language version of the Genius T model line.
Complete operating software (without restrictions) is now available in
primary Chinese languages.

Personnel from leading, local noncommercial foodservices were inspired
by Eloma;s professional cooking presentation and information about
Cook-Chill and sous vide cooking, as were representatives from traditional
regional restaurants and hotel kitchens who saw for themselves the
excellent results and advantages offered by Eloma’s Genius T combi
ovens.
During Eloma cooking demonstrations, local delicacies such as Beijing
Duck and Car Siew Pork were prepared and Eloma’s new Genius T earned
rave reviews for these dishes’ taste and appearance, confirming once
again Eloma´s leadership in combi oven performance.
